There have been three Metal Gears built in total so far, and one man, Solid Snake, destroyed all three in past events. The last Metal Gear that he stopped was Metal Gear REX, which accomplished firing a nuclear warhead which rendered test data codes on operation panels. Revolver Ocelot stole these codes and sold them on the Black Market. Now Metal Gear technologies can be provided to anyone with the right supplies and cash.

 The Black Solitaire, a new artificially enhanced breed of terrorists, and their manipulated scientists constructed a new type of Metal Gear with the data from Ocelot. Keeping their complex a secret, they built it underneath a high school to avoid suspicion and posed their scientists and staff as the schools faculty. They called the Metal Gear, ‘ARMS’ due to it’s massive weapon strength and capability. ARMS has the ability to launch nuclear warheads, which are undetectable by radar and is a global threat.

 Last night, a few days after the completion of ARMS, the Black Solitaire’s manipulated scientists, realized their investors real purpose of what they want to do with the machine, and tried to rebel. The head scientist, Bianca Silverchair put a lock on the robot that can only be bypassed by an access code that only she knows. With this delay, the scientists were taken hostage by the Black Solitaire and kept in the high school above the complex. Now in a hostage situation, the Black Solitaire must hurry and get this code before outside terrorists or law enforcements, delay there plans even more so.

 Unknown to the Black Solitaire, Bianca did not only put a lock on ARMS she also sent a distress signal on a radio field to an old friend in a secret agency called FOX-HOUND.

 FOX-HOUND is a special task group that is kept hidden from the public. FOX-HOUND member Chamber Lynx, an expert in tactical espionage, was sent in to the facility to check up on the distress call. When communication was lost, Chamber Lynx’s partner, intermediate FOX-HOUND unit Shadow Hawk was sent to LaurenHill Academy to deal with the situation…
